เทศกาลภาพยนตร์แบ่งออกเป็น 12 รายการ ได้แก่
- VPRO Tiger Awards Competition เป็นภาพยนตร์เรื่องแรกหรือเรื่องที่สอง
ของผู้กำกับ และเป็นภาพยนตร์ที่ฉายรอบปฐมทัศน์ที่งานนี้
- Tiger Awards for Short Film Competition เป็นหนังสั้นไม่เกิน 30 นาที
และฉายรอบปฐมทัศน์ที่งานนี้
- Sturm und Drang ภาพยนตร์ของผู้กำกับที่มีผลงานเป็นเอกลักษณ์ของตัวเอง
- Time & Tide ภาพยนตร์แสดงเนื้อหาของสังคมปัจจุบัน
- Kings & Aces ผลงานของ Tsai Mingliang, Pedro Costa, Jafar Panahi,
Goran Paskaljevic
- Short: As Long As It Takes พบปะพูดคุยระหว่างคนทำหนัง
- Filmmakers in Focus: Svetlana Proskurina, Robert Breer, Kobayashi
Masahiro
- Cinema Regained ภาพยนตร์เก่าสื่อความหมายต่อประวัติศาสตร์ภาพยนตร์
- Rotterdammerung ภาพยนตร์ตื่นเต้น มายา เขย่าขวัญ
